I visited the birth center for a prenatal appointment this week (they have me coming every four weeks)… Usually, the prenatal appointments consist of the basics such as: taking my blood pressure, my weight, my heart rate, baby’s heart rate, and measuing my belly.
I looked in the mirror for the first time in a few weeks and I did not recognize my body. “That’s not me, is it?” I thought, “I look so pregnant now! Am I really that huge?”
Stuff just got real, folks! This is the week that I retired my pre-pregnancy tee shirts, and my pre-pregnancy exercise plan. It’s also the week that I decided to start counting down the weeks until my due date; I am ready to end this gig!
